Individual tickets you will distribute to members and clients as you deem fit. Group visits are for 15 or more people on a date/time you will coordinate.

For groups: The Aquarium requires a minimum of one adult chaperone for every 20 visitors ages 17 and under. You are welcome to bring more chaperones, but 1:20 is the absolute minimum; please include chaperones in your total headcount.

If you are requesting a group visit, please provide three choices of dates and arrival times.

Tickets have blackout dates during some bank holiday weekends, during Aquarium access days, and are very limited in peak summer months. Aquarium staff will work with you to schedule a visit on or near the dates you have provided based on capacity availability. Please also note any accessibility accommodations.

Program Participation Requirements

Please check the following boxes to acknowledge participation requirements:

I understand that the success of the Community Connections program is in thanks to the support of the Aquarium’s corporate community and authorize use of our name, logo and survey results when sharing its impact with those that so generously fund it.

I understand tickets should never be used as a reward, incentive or donation item for fundraising. Tickets do not have a cash value, are nontransferable, should never be sold, and are not to be given to employees or non-qualifying individuals for personal use.

Our organization will only use Community Connections tickets for our members and clients. If choosing individual tickets, we will fill out and return the distribution log as they are distributed.

I understand the success of the Community Connections program relies on annual evaluations to gauge program effectiveness and use. I agree to complete a survey following our group visit or ticket allocation has been deplenished.
